The actress from neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, is doing nearly half-a-dozen movies in Tamil cinema including Selvaraghavan's Irandam Ulagam, Vikram's Thandavam, a yet-to-be-titled film with Karthi.
Anushka is so busy that she has not commmitted any offers in Telugu filmdom now. The Arundhathi girl is all geared up to work with some frontline directors in Tamil besides some top heroes.
It seems the going is god for her and 2012 will be a year to reckon with for Anushka.
Thandavam shoot from New Year day
Vikram starrer Thandavam will go to floors on 1 January, 2012. The movie would be directed by AL Vijay. The duo team up together after Deiva Thirumagal. Amy Jackson plays Vikram's ladylove in the movie. Music is by Nirav Shah.
Meanwhile Vikram is all thrilled with good opening for his Rajapattai. Directed by Suseenthiran, the film stars Deeksha Seth opposite Chiyaan Vikram.
